Problem:
The facility’s manufacturing processes generated fine airborne dust during production operations, affecting workplace cleanliness and increasing housekeeping requirements. Solution:
We designed and installed a centralised vacuum dust collection system using Donaldson Torit dust collectors, supported by vacuum exhausters connected to the system. The solution was engineered to capture dust efficiently at source while maintaining stable airflow performance across multiple production points.

We designed and installed a central dust collection system integrated with articulated suction arms positioned at key dust generation points throughout the production process. The engineered solution captures airborne dust and process emissions directly at source before they disperse into the surrounding workspace, while maintaining consistent airflow performance across the system.
The flexible suction arms allow operators to position extraction exactly where it is needed, providing effective source capture for various manufacturing operations while maintaining an open and efficient production layout.

Solution:
We designed and installed a Donaldson Torit dust collection system engineered to capture airborne dust and thermal spray overspray directly at source. The system provides high-efficiency filtration and consistent airflow performance, effectively removing fine particulate before it disperses throughout the production environment.
